Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Agadir Transfer, we strive to provide reliable and flexible transportation services. We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Free Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Late Cancellation:
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount will apply, and no refund will be issued.
- No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.
2. How to Cancel

3. Refund Process
- Eligibility:
Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
Any transaction fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
4. Modification of Bookings
- Changes:
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., pick-up time, location, or passenger details), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Short-Notice Changes:
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Cancellation or Modification by Agadir Transfer
- Unforeseen Circumstances:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify your booking due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdown, driver illness, or force majeure events). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement at no additional cost.
- Refunds:
If we are unable to provide the booked service and no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time
No-shows at the pick-up location
Failure to provide accurate booking information leading to a missed transfer
Delays or missed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete travel details provided by the customer
