We accept payments via secure online payment gateways. All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
3. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time and are subject to availability.
4. Customer Obligations

You must be present at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time. Delays may result in cancellation without refund.

Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
Luggage:
Please inform us in advance if you have excess or oversized luggage. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the transfer.
5. Service Limitations
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, accidents, road closures).
- Vehicle Availability:
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar standard if necessary.
6. Liability
- Limitation of Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agadir Transfer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Insurance: Our vehicles are insured as required by law. We recommend that customers obtain appropriate travel insurance.
